Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses at this time. Some items can't ship to P.O. boxes. We'll contact you if that applies to your order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after they ship. Items may ship from different warehouses, so an order with more than one item may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, or free shipping when offered, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show updates.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, your package shows delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us at rush@rcjmobilemechanics.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address you entered.
